The following blog is from a session I conducted last year for a lady called Monika, who has been kind enough to agree to have her experience conveyed below. When I met her, I was amazed to hear of her experiences with past life recollection she had encountered during meditation and I did wonder what could we possibly uncover that was outside of her own current scope of knowledge. I met this lady last year (wow… it seems time really does fly) and she wanted help with her spiritual journey, wanting to know where she goes from here.   I came back from holiday in Cozumel at the end of last week and we really did have an amazing time, although it didn’t exactly go to plan! We had decided to take all of our dive gear with us (I had even bought a new wing especially for the trip) despite the fact my back was really sore. Since getting flu in January and coughing so much I hurt it quite a bit, it seems one injury turned into another and another. For those of you reading this who are aware of how emotions can affect your body, let me tell you this knowledge has not been wasted on me and I fully appreciate how this has manifested!!! She is so intuitive and got lots of details in there that she couldn’t possibly have known about and I really am in awe of how talented she is. Yesterday I ordered a lovely crystal pendant from a lady called Shin Mcguire and this will definitely be utilised on my entity release sessions. Life has been very busy. I’ve been doing a lot of sessions for people (all weekend and every weekend), and I have also been doing some training in other modalities of quantum hypnotherapy. It’s been very interesting and I have found as time goes by, my belief systems have completely changed. I suppose that’s a good thing, wouldn’t life be boring if we were stuck in the same place thinking the same thing all of the time?   It’s been quite a hectic week! At home we decided to redecorate a bedroom (and have more or less done it now), my latest QHHT session was a long one and took me forever to type up, and my day job has been non stop as my colleague is on holiday so I’m on my own this week with lots and lots of clients! I go to bed at night and it’s like I’m in a coma. I dreamt I was stood over someone snoring and afterwards when I woke up I wondered if it was my husband Graeme or could it even have been ME that was snoring and it then filtered into the dream! 😆 Whilst wallpapering I reflected on the journey I have taken doing QHHT. I am very impatient and can be guilty of ignoring the journey because I feel the need to get to the destination yesterday! QHHT has been completely different.. I have enjoyed the slow pace of it.
