Lucid dreaming is a term I became aware of when I was 11 years old. I had been lucid dreaming for years... I just didn't know there was an official title for it, you had the ability to change the dream, and not everybody knew how to do it.  When I do Entity Release for someone, one of the questions I ask on the questionnaire is, Have you had any traumatic experiences in the lower astral whilst sleeping?
