Energy reserves
So today I popped over to see Michelle Taylor Ward, the lady who had painted my soul portrait. Photos just don’t do it any justice at all and seeing it in person was something else!! She is so intuitive and got lots of details in there that she couldn’t possibly have known about and I really am in awe of how talented she is.
And then my friend Justine Ferris painted me a gorgeous stormy night scene with glowing lanterns. I love it and I get to pick that one up tomorrow! How lucky am I to have all of these artistic people around me?
Yesterday I ordered a lovely crystal pendant from a lady called Shin Mcguire and this will definitely be utilised on my entity release sessions. It is so stunning and just chatting to Shin was like getting a personal reading too. I feel so honoured to deal with such lovely people.
I have also taken up violin recently. It’s now been a month and I love it despite sounding like a cross between someone screeching ‘out of tune’ notes and the sound of wiping windows with a shammy leather! I can see you all wincing your faces reading that… imagine having to live with me while I practice!!!
It’s nice to be where I am right now because I hit a bit of a slump over New Year. I caught the flu which led onto bronchitis and I really did feel terrible. I felt like I had no energy at all which is quite unlike me. I’ve only really felt much better in the last week, it seems to have taken forever to get over it. A few people have joked I had to get something to slow me down for a while as I have been on the go all year! 😆But, onwards and upwards.
And of course now that my energy reserves are returning, I’m tackling my next big challenge and doing more training to help with my Soul Center Healing Hypnosis sessions. I passed the course with Laura and am now proudly showing my certificates on my website but I am still in the process of training in the internal family system method of psychotherapy. It’s a complicated but very interesting subject. I have also started a new modality which tackles people’s traumas and upsets in a completely different way. The aim for this is to be able to help people resolve issues that they may not want to live through again, therefore with this approach they won’t need to talk about them with me. It’s called Mace and my experience with it so far has been excellent. So, I’d like to be able to offer this after the first one or two sessions of SCHH (which is the order in which I experienced it and I feel it’s been really good for me so far). Of course, it is a modality on its own and the founder John Mace was very strict in documenting that it can never be used in conjunction with another modality (so it always HAS to be done in a completely separate session) but I have personally really enjoyed the synergy of experiencing it in the order I have. It will take a few months to qualify for this one but I am enjoying the training. As a practitioner of Mace you have to have all of your own triggers dis-created, hence the amount of time to pass the course. I meet up weekly with my trainer who helps me dis-create any issues that arise during the week since last meeting with her. It’s really fascinating to actually go through! So, all exciting stuff and as one lady said to me “Adds another string to my bow”… Pun intended!! 😄❤️
