The following blog is from a session I conducted last year for a lady called Monika, who has been kind enough to agree to have her experience conveyed below. When I met her, I was amazed to hear of her experiences with past life recollection she had encountered during meditation and I did wonder what could we possibly uncover that was outside of her own current scope of knowledge. An extremely intuitive lady, we chatted prior to the hypnosis and I could tell this was going to be a session to remember. I met this lady last year (wow… it seems time really does fly) and she wanted help with her spiritual journey, wanting to know where she goes from here.   I came back from holiday in Cozumel at the end of last week and we really did have an amazing time, although it didn’t exactly go to plan! We had decided to take all of our dive gear with us (I had even bought a new wing especially for the trip) despite the fact my back was really sore. Since getting flu in January and coughing so much I hurt it quite a bit, it seems one injury turned into another and another. For those of you reading this who are aware of how emotions can affect your body, let me tell you this knowledge has not been wasted on me and I fully appreciate how this has manifested!!!
